ChrisTudio — UGC Order Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

ChrisTudio provides User-Generated Content (UGC) such as short-form videos, product demos, testimonials, voiceovers, and related creative deliverables. The final output will follow the creative brief provided by the client. Any changes to the brief after production has started may incur additional fees.

2. Payment & Booking

Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required to begin production. Payments are non-refundable unless ChrisTudio is unable to deliver the agreed content.

3. Revisions

Each project includes 1 free revision (minor edits only). Major revisions (script changes, reshoots, new angles, new products) are billed separately.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard production timeline will be communicated before starting. Delays caused by late feedback, missing instructions, or missing product delivery are not counted in the timeline.

5. Usage Rights

Client receives full commercial usage rights for delivered content, including paid ads, organic social media posts, website use, and email campaigns. ChrisTudio retains the right to use the content for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear instructions, scripts, reference videos, and product details. Ship physical products (if needed) promptly to avoid production delays. Confirm all details before production begins.

7. No Refund Policy

UGC is a creative service; once production begins, refunds are not allowed. If the client cancels midway, remaining work and payments are forfeited.

8. Reshoots

Reshoots will only be done if ChrisTudio did not follow the approved brief or there was an error from ChrisTudio’s side. Any client-requested reshoot not caused by an error is charged separately.

9. Delivery

Final deliverables will be sent in high-resolution video format (MP4 unless otherwise requested). Raw files are not included unless purchased separately.
